Hey Everyone.

I tried to run my cruiser for a 15-20 every few weeks this past winter, however its been about a month since my last start and now my FJ40 wont turn over.

350 v8 carb. ('69 body)

Any tips to get her to turn over?

Anyone live in Denver? and want a beer or two?

Thanks,

Mike

I'm not sure if you mean that it is turning over but not firing, or not turning over at all.

I let my pig hibernate over the winter and come springtime when I try to start it I can get it to turn over but it won't fire up. Once I jump it it will fire up and start. I think my battery has enough juce to crank the motor over, but not enough to get a good spark. Have you tried to start it with a jump yet? If not then jump it. If you have tried jumping it use some starter fluid, maybe you aren't getting fuel to the carb.

If the motor isn't turning over at all then check what uncle ben suggested.
