Can't select add pic or emojis with cell phone. (1 Viewer)

Can't select add pic or emojis with cell phone. I tried logging out and back in, resetting phone ect...started a few days ago. PC works fine. Any ideas why?

I can select the attach file and post a pic that way, but not the icon in the edit menu. In fact, no icons are working in the post comment box.
