Can't Search with Banners on Top

ctrl-F5 will change the page setting and likely the banner...happens sometimes...

Tried it with no luck. I'm not sure this happens on my other machine(s), so it may be a product of the way that the goofy xandros on this eeepc works with firefox.

PS -- Actually Ctrl+F5 does work: It clears the banner so that I can see the search drop-down, but then the whole page re-loads with the banner on top again. (And says, "Psych!")

If this seems to be unique to me, then please kill the thread. Thanks.
