So I'm a total newb at pickups. But I'm tryin to locate the torsion bar adjustment bolt on my '88 pickup.
I been trying to find some things on the web. But it's kinda vague or maybe I look right past it.
I wanna lower the front to match the back. I got 2" drop blocks in the rear.
Where is the damn adjustment bolt lol?! And do I need to jack the truck up to do this??

Follow this link:

Click on "suspension and Axle" then poke around in the "2wd" section to get familiar.

As far as jacking up the truck, with a 2wd, you will need to get it up in the air in order to get under it enough to get to the bolts. Have some PB Blaster or WD40 or other spray of choice ready as they will probably need it. Make sure it is safely supported before you crawl under it.

All the sections in that link are pdfs and I would download as many of the sections as you can since in my opinion, nothing helps you troubleshoot like the FSM. It is a little newer than your 88, but alot of things will be very similar.
