Cannot reply to certain tech threads

'do what' is the question...the page you linked looks identical to any other reply page I've seen...

'screen shots' do wonders...otherwise I can only guess

Use your arrow key and go to the right.

This sometimes happens when someone posts a big wide picture in the thread. A Greenspan's post do it alot when he post scanned picures of old rigs.

The reply text box has done this to me as well. Each time it is because my Safari browser was set to using agent- Internet Explorer (agents are found in the 'developer' tab in Safari (if you've added that tab ).

So I would suggest changing browser.

Ok, if you do Woody, check out the 'Develop' tab..

At the bottom of the Advanced tab check "Show Develop menu in menu bar".


That allows you to switch between any number of virtual browsers. (IE, Firefox, Opera, Mobile .. and multiple versions of each)
