Canadian Bombardier, VW iltis

I had a 1985 Bombardier Iltis, but I sold it 
. It was is great shape and practically rust free for its age. When it snowed like crazy here last winter, it did beautifully (mind you I did not use the Military tires in the snow). The only drawback was that it was rather cold even with the doors on.
The beauty is that alot of the parts are interchangeable with the VW rabbit and other various VW's
I wish I didn't sell it, but I had to move on to other projects.
You should check out the Iltis yahoo group if you aren't already on there. It is a great resource for Iltis owners.
