Can you help identify these?

Getting my headliner installed, I marked and numbered my bows like you should, but I have a couple of nuts and washers zip ties to a couple of them as pictured. I forgot what those nuts and washers are for! Anyone have an idea?

looks like nuts and washers used to adjust bows, but what the hell do I know

I did my headliner maybe 6 months ago. No nuts or washers needed on mine. The bows went right in the holes on the body on each side.
