On mine you can press and hold a preset button and it will save the station you are on to that preset.

yep - but im kinda ocd and I got mine outta order. without having to hopscotch all over multiple pages, I was hoping I could drag one from 1 page to another? Guessing no...

You can manually dial to the station and then press and hold the button to change the preset. I am not aware of any drag and drop capability. But, I have a 2013, yours may be different.
