Ok. The problem is that if/when I try to post from “photo library” I get a message stating “the uploaded file does not have an allowed extension…”
It was for that reason that I posted my pics from a host site. It wasn’t a nefarious action, just an attempt to show pictures.

heic appears to be an Apple-only file extension. jpg is universal.
