This is coming off of another thread that began as a different issue. I will link them together when this is solved.

When I received this 2000 LX it had cut wires and was shiftlocked no brake lights either.

I am about certain I have my issue pinpointed, I just don't know what wires go together with these schematics.

Here's what is hanging down from the trailer socket with nothing attached, they cut the connector? I don't know what was supposed to be there after connector.
W-B Wire
G Wire
G-Y Wire
G-B Wire

Which wires do I put together? I see different wires on different diagrams
Taillight looks like it's W-B and G ??
Turn Signal W-B & G-Y ??
Stoplight says G-W & W-B ?? But I have no G-W

OK, you are missing a wire; red with black tracer (R/B). This should be in junction connector J36. Use the EWD (the one you downloaded from the Resources forum) to find it.

The pinouts you need (locations of specific wires in the connector housing T15) are:
¤ 1: G (green) » this goes to [J37], A
¤ 2: R/B (red with black tracer) » this goes to [J36], A
¤ 3: G/Y (green with yellow tracer) » this goes to [B01], pin (9)
¤ 4: G/W (green with white tracer) » this goes to [J37], B
¤ 5: W/B (white with black tracer; this is the ground wire) » this goes to [B03], pin (3) and [BF3], pin12
¤ 6: G/B (green with black tracer) » this comes from [BF3], pin (20)
NOTE: the locations of the pins are printed/embossed on the rear face of the connector housing.

The trailer socket connector you need is 90980-10988. You can get one from your dealer. You will need seals and terminals, they don't come with the connector housing. You can get them from Ballenger motorsports. The terminals are type 2.3II; use the brown seals.

NOTE: this IS NOT the trailer socket your trailer is connected to. It IS the connector housing the trailer socket pigtail is plugged into.

Thanks much! I am going to have to sit down at the desk and break this all down. This is big help.

I don’t have anything past that trailer socket exposed wiring, do I need the trailer pigtail for some reason? I’m not going to haul with the rig, just didn’t know if it provided some necessary wiring to complete the circuit?

No, the connector housing that the trailer pigtail (the 4–pin connector for the trailer lights) is plugged into isn't necessary for the circuit to function. However, having bare wires lying on the inside of the metal bumper will. It would be a simple, and inexpensive, process to restore the end of the wiring harness. In the interim, at least cut off the exposed conductor and tape off each exposed/unconnected wire individually.
