Hi guys,

At the risk of someone stealing this rig out from under me, I need to know more about it. It seems like a good deal, but I am in Arizona and would have to fly in to drive it home.

The owner is unwilling to take more pictures, which worries me. He also swore up and down it had lockers, even told me he's not stupid and knows what he's atlking about, then read the VIN tag to me and behold it says K292. Bottom line is he's too busy to sell the vehicle.

Would anyone be willing to check it out and report back to me? I'm willing to pay $50 if I wind up buying it and the "inspector" meets me at the time of sale.

yup, does not sound so good, seller wise.
Plus it has cloth seats, which is unusual, although some here like that a lot. If OEM, these also suggest that it's not likely to have had full lockers originally.
Not a bad price for 127K miles, though.

Maybe the seller is just a jackass with a clean cruiser. :)

that is indeed entirely possible and also potentially the source of a good deal if it turns other potential buyers off.
Also sometimes somebody will price something low and then not want any aggravation or do extra work to compensate.

That 96 seems much better - you get abs and airbags. It's really close to me so I might be able to check it out. But, I'm leaving for vacation and don't think I'll have the time tomorrow.

Grill says "Toyota" ('93-'94), whats up with this? All '95's had the Emblem.
Did he want cash up front? Turn around and run, it's gotta be a scam.

Dan.

I'll trade you my '96 for you Kaiser when it's done (JK). I saw it up at Winfields shop. NICE!
