I looking at getting one of these. Anyone using one? Comments?

In particular, how adjustable is the heat, especially for simmering.

I bought one last years (ATS 50) and used it for a whole month..
It simmers great.
Its not that heavy.
the hose on the front its kind of akward, it bother me for the first 10 min then I forgot about it.
On windy days the flame moves around on yah.
Its high output BTU is great.
Have used it as high as 11K of elevation.
It has a handle on the back so you can pick it up as a suit case.
Get the bag for it.. it makes it easier to put away.
I wish it had a 3rd burner but that would bring the weight up.

And...

I've had several CC grills and have really enjoyed them. My current one has been used a ton for CAP campouts and it's cooked a ton of food for hungry cadets. My only issue was that it was delivered dinged up, but Amazon.com took care of it. To me, the perfect CC grill would be a heavy duty 1/2 burner and 1/2 grill, but I survive by putting a cast CC cast iron grill on one side while using the burner on the other...watchout when cooking a lot of hamburgers, the grease well on the cast iron grill will fill and overflow, so it can get pretty exciting for a few moments!

Good luck
