Hey guys! Just purchased a 2007 fj cruiser with a 3 inch professional lift, and an ARB front bumper. I love this friggen car, but it makes a funny buzzing noise when i hit 65 mph or higher, while slightly turning left around road bends. Checked cv joints, and they look perfect. Any ideas on possible causes of this noise? (Only happens while slightly turning left going 65 mph or faster)

Check the plastic pieces/splash guards in the fender wells. They have usually been trimmed when an aftermarket bumper has been installed, and sometimes and end can hang down slightly and rub on oversize tires in a turn. Odd that it only happens over 65 mph though; usually they will rub at any speed.

...unless it's the windspeed that is deflecting them downward into the rotating tire? When I installed my aftermarket bumper, I trimmed back part of the plastic inside the front of the fenders and then zip-tied them up to keep them from flapping in the wind.
