Well after reading this post I had to let you know how I feel about RHD.
First Drove the truck around the dealer's lot . To check it out.
Bought the truck, picked it up. Pretty much no experience RHDriving.
Drove it off the lot. Well by the time I was 2 blocks down the street I was good..Comfortable in most part due I think to the large mirrors. Could see lots through them ,more than the mirrors on vehicles manufactured here..They are great.
As far as sitting on the opposite side of the vehicle - it really was no big deal..no bother at all.
I'm glad I have a RHD Cruiser. I actually feel safer in it than the wifes Montana.
I find now I never take the wifes Montana anywhere for anything (except oil changes).. It sits in the garage except when she takes it to work.. When we go out she always wants to take the Cruiser.. But she dose not drive it. Just a matter of time untill she tries it I think.. Once she drives it I'm sure she is going to want to get rid of the Montana.
So I guess I'm saying I Quite enjoy the LJ78 Prado.. It is rust free has very low milage and runs great and is FUN to drive. If I had to but another vehicle tomorrow, I would definatly go for another.

I know a guy in N.S. who has imported specialty vehicles from Europe (he has family living over there). I should ask him if he's aware of a relatively easy way of bringing in LHD Cruisers from there, and what the supply is like.

Don't hold your breath. Expect to pay twice as much and get 3 times as many miles compared to a JDM.
