Bumper cover cost

Anybody know how much the plastic cover costs for the rear bumper? I have a 2006 LC.

Also(since I'm in repair mode), any way to get rid of the mud flaps that stick down to the ground. Do the 80 series fit a late model?

Thanks Guys! I'm going to have a buddy fix it for cost of material. In return I get to stock our liquids next time we go backpacking.
