My daughter backed into my 60 bumper and the 80 got the worst part. :mad: She hit the front bumper corner of my 60 with the rear corner of the 80 bumper. I wonder if this can be pushed easily.:hhmm:

That's what I thought, paint... well we'll see. This wa a good excuse for a rear heavy duty bumper!!!:D

Warm it with hot water hose, when the plastic gets hot it softens up, then try to push it out.

I'll try this tomorrow.

Or use a heat gun (or even a hair dryer if you can sneak it out) if you want a less...wet....solution than hot water.

You probably don't even have to take it off to push it out most of the way.

Isnt this twice now shes wrecked the 80...............in the driveway. I thought she had crunched a door on a metal post as well. No?

bumper corner will push right out

:whoops:Yep!!! She's good, almost got the other side this time, luckily I was there. Good thing the insurance system doesn't penalizes these wrecks. I think the next vehicle for her will be a M2 Bradley!! BTW the 60 suffered 0 damage.

I think this is a perfect "reason" to get a new rear bumper...maybe a Slee or a MetalTech, or even a 4x4 Labs...
