Check out Greyhound Freight.

I had my 4Runner ARB shipped this route from a Yotatech Forum member from CA-->TX and it was right at $100.

I bought a TJM Bumper from Slee. It was in a big box and shipped Fed Ex National or some other similar carrier. I think the frieght was $118 from CO to CA.
