So Toyota announce the new TRD Pro series at the Chicago Auto show about 30 minutes ago. Basically you can get a 4R, Tacoma, or a Tundra with this package. All of them come with Bilstein shocks, a leveling kit, and new badging. I think they missed the boat a little here ( I was hoping for a front locker option and secretly pulling for a Prado or 70 series Ute release), but I'm really digging the "TOYOTA" on the front grill. Thanks bud I was planning to check that out today as well but as usual you're on top of your game :D I have to say I'm very disappointed after all the hype I've seen on FB and media "Raptor Challenger" bla, bla, bla and IMO it's nothing more than a suspension and appearance package kinda like they did with the Ivan Stuart Package Tundra years ago. Yea it looks cool but that's the easy part I was looking for the PRO models to be a supercharged, long travel suspension, big brake and skid plate package with crawl control and rear locker kinda model with some serious off the lot off-road performance over what the normal packages offer. You can buy all of the aftermarket parts of your choice with similar or better performance for less IMO :(

When will you be in Mason? I used to live there... owned the white metal shop just south of the Dairy Queen.

I could probably get the fiberglass top to Mason. I still have friends there.

NO worries, i should have put it out here sooner. it was good trip, I missed the ice and snow up north sunday night and missed the ice and ice and ice down south on monday night/tuesday. so i planned perfect.
 
For those who had it on their Calendar... SCC has been moved to October 2-5.
 
I had lunch at T-Coons and when I came out this was parked next to me.
