Congrats on the house bud :), after seeing the outside shots first I was expecting to see it gutted on the inside. Was that your handy work in the bathrooms and tile floors? Looks like someone did some renovation work inside recently. Pace yourself and make it your own a house project is never done a lot like our Toys :lol:
 
Learned a valuable lesson today: short wheel base keeps are squirly as hell and terrifying on interstate.

Also they are cramped.

They refused to cut the grass once we had a contract so the yard looks like crap right now. The tiles in the main areas and halls are all new ceramic, the bedrooms are all new laminate wood. Everything but the one back bedroom is fresh paint, still smells like paint. The kitchen has new tile countertops and new sink. And the roof was just put on in January.

The 2 car garage is detached but only by about 5 feet. It will be fun later cause now I finally have a place to work on my junk. And I have a huge yard to store my junk.

woke up this morning with a puddle of gasoline underneath my cruiser. call Toyota to see if the recall have been done on it for the fuel tank, they're saying they can't help me because I do not have a valid VIN number.

Advice?

Hmm never heard of the recall bud and can't understand why they don't recognize the Vin? Did you call Don and ask him if he had any such issues with it?
 
No, have not spoken to Don, didn't figure there was much to do about it even if he knew about the leak. About to go routing around under it and try yo pinpoint the exact location of three leak if i can throw some JB Weld on it temporarily.

Called Toyota s national 800 number and they were able to look it up. The tank was swapped in 1993 under the recall. Still has not had the seatbelt recall done.

Gotcha, hopefully its something as simple as an old line that wore on the HWY ride back home. Good to hear the tank was swapped in 93 I can't see it rusting through in that short period of time.
 
Someone else had the jb weld idea.

The drain plug is pretty much buried in it and a palm sized patch near it. Doing about 2 healthy sized drops a second.
