I will represent the BSLCA if we can get the banner there and some other info about the club and / or the TLCA. Maybe some membership forms and some merchandise to sell (t-shirts, hats, stickers, whatever). No matter what, my first loyalty is to the BSLCA but I also don't want to be standing there by myself at a table with nothing but my good looks to offer people.

Those events are largely Jeep events from our previous experience like with the Expo's but we always had a good time and met nice folks. We use to do a few rides with the AWOL folks and they are some good people. I'd be up for a visit myself but I've been gone the last four weekends and was looking forward to one at home before we take off for another 3 in a row. We're out of merchandise hats/shirts ya'll sold the rest in Hot Springs but I can send you some Toyota Trails mags, memberships forms and some stickers from the multiple events and vendors. Also some club business cards and TLCA info. At the Expo's we generally gave a copy of the trails to any new memberships. I'll put a box together

I am in charge of the banner for events so I'll bring it. Can also supply membership forms. I believe we still have a few windshield banners also.

A canopy, table and chairs would be great. I plan to bring mine but just found out today that my son may have baseball practice Sat. I should be able to get the MIL to take care of it but you know how that goes. As for Tiki, I don't see why you can't bring her. We will be in a public parking lot so I don't see how they can say no.
MIL = Mother-in-law
I will work some other people to see if they can watch the kids if the MIL doesn't work out. My son has baseball practice at 10:30 and my daughter has tutoring from 9-12 so it has to be someone that is WILLING to run around to get them where they need to be. Otherwise, I would bring them with me. Since I am the one who brought it up, I am doing everything I can to be there. I hope to see you Sat as well. I should know tonight or tomorrow.
