Actually Jon, from the pictures and stories from today, the place was soooo dry prior to the rains yesterday, they had a great time. Check out the photos and videos on LA4X4. I wish I had gone. I thought I was going to have to work tomorrow and as it turns out I can take the day off. So, I could have gone but those are the breaks.
Does anyone have a FSM for a 96 FJ80 or LX450 that I could borrow this week? I never got around to getting one yet

Well then go to youtube and search for metairieman2010. He posted a bunch of short videos. Some spots look a little muddy but for the most part it looks like they had fun and I have yet to see any video from yesterday that has rain in it.

It rained pretty good on and off all day yesterday in Mandeville. They must have been just far enough to the north that it missed them.

Why don't they plug that hole up with the diaphragms they use to separate cement stages? I'm sure that would work better than tires and golf balls!
