it should drive better we dropped about 20 lbs of greasy grime off the front components of that truck.

Well boys, the axe may be about to fall at work. Boss called us all in for breakfast, then said to take the morning off and be ready for individual meetings this afternoon. $30/barrel oil, slumping stocks and one client going bankrupt don't add up to well in this industry. Fortunately, I was asked just yesterday by a school board official if I wanted to take a teaching position that had just opened. When I went to submit my resume, that and a possible job teaching Nick also opened up. One door closes and two open. Not bad.

Hope it works out better for you Marty. The axe fell on me Dec. 15th. I called work around the first of the year asking where my check was. The accountant told me that my last check EVER was 2 weeks prior (the 15th). WTF!!!! I then told her that I had been working the last two weeks without anyone telling me I was laid off. I guess no one had the balls to call me 10 days before Christmas to let me know.
My X boss still won't return my calls about some $$$ issues he needs to make good on. I have worked and ate at the same table with him and his family for 3 years. Wife + 2 kids + no job + economy = Oh sh*t.
Sorry to hear that bud and will do. It sounded like it was a good run I'm sorry to hear its coming to an end. Maybe you're being called back to teaching or coaching.

Hope it works out for you Marty and Isaac. They are looking at layoff's here at Vought in DFW. Programs are slowing and people are having a hard time waiting 3 years for an airplane.
