Absolutely, its one thing to be a good deal but that would be an absurd deal. Seems to be the trend lately with those scams going around. My nephew found a deal like that on a Taco a couple weeks ago. Speaking of. If you run into one on your travels he's 16 looking for a 4WD Taco and has about 5K to spend. He'd appreciate any leads.

I'm still south bound and down and will be for a week or so more. Once I head back up north I'll keep an eye out.

I sent a message to one that had a 4 door Taco 4x4 for $4200 or something rediculous like that. The next day I had a reply offering me all the banking info I needed to dump the money into an account. Not long after the ad was pulled by CL. Too funny, but I wonder how many people get trapped by that crap.
EDIT: Landry, tell your nephew to pick this LC up. He'll have some change.
Thats the way the one he found went. You can't come see it or drive it but deposit the money here and you'll get it.
Hell for that price I'd add it to my stable and let him use one. Long term he couldn't afford the gas but he did well working as a mechanics helper at the air port this summer and is set on a Taco so he can come ride with us.

His parents won't let him get anyting older than 5yrs I told them to back it up to 96/97 because the Taco's with the 2.7 would be ample for him and still get decent mpg's but they said no. You won't have any problems selling yours though.
I had a 86 PU with the 22RET and factory turbo. It was a great truck. The turbo gaskets were leaking when I got it but once I put the magic touch on it and got everything right it ran great. The turbo helped with the acceleration lugging the 33's with the factory gears and also aided when towing the 15 FT bass boat I had. I wish I kept it but then again I wish I kept them all.
Got it this morning! Now I can look at it for the next two weeks haha.

A gentleman named John contacted me about a project he was working on and after seeing Holden's picture on top of the 80 at Paradise in the artistic thread he wanted to use it for a wine label for charity. John sent over the info on the site they got up today and after reading about the young lady who will benefit from the charity its inspiring what John is doing. I am out of town that weekend. Jan-Mar is looking real good for my keyboardless participation in the club though.
