i am getting this a lot. i am also getting it occasionally on other web forums but it is much more frequent on mud.
ie explorer 8 at work and firefox mac 24.0 at home. i have verified that it also happens on safari. i have also verified that google and other web pages are working when it happens.
i click on a mud page or the quote button and get an instant "cannot load this webpage" message as if it has not tried.
this happens most frequently when hitting the quote function.
it also happens very frequently at login, but it still logs me in, and i can generally hit the retry buttong and it works or i can backpage and reload the previous page to be logged in.
when it happens with other links than login the "retry" button does nothing and if i back up the previous page is frozen and will not reload or allow a link to be clicked. i need to load a new window and reload mud or sometimes i need to exit then restart the browser
