I’m still trying to figure out my brake system, and figured I’d ask the geniuses on here for some help.

My brakes are going to be scratch built and mounted to my Spidertrax axles. I’m using a 80 series booster, with Wilwood Dynapro 6 piston calipers (5.06 piston area) in the front as of right now. For the rear I’m thinking of Dynalite 4 piston (3” piston area) and tying it together with a CruiserTEQ 80s master BKN60570N (1” bore).

I believe the 80s system I’m trying to replicate has 6.07 piston area per caliper in the front, I’m waiting to hear what the stock rear piston area is, posted a question on the 80s forum thread.

I’m losing a inch per corner in the front, I’m hoping with the booster I’ll just have a better feeling pedal.... Or should I be looking at a 15/16 bore master?

Anyways, thought I’d post on here and see what you guys thought, trying to stick to Wilwood calipers for bolt on capability to my axles. The only Toyota parts on my rig will be the booster, master and my T case.

Thanks!
