Make your own set with the following part#s

    EAR-592032ERL
Fitting, Brake, Steel, Zinc Plated, Male -3 AN to Male 10mm. x 1.0 Thread,
    Pair $11.69

    hard-line connector/adapter to braided line
    EAR-989545ERL
Fitting, Brake, Steel, Zinc Plated, Male -3 AN to Female 10mm. x 1.0 Thread,
    each $4.69

    straight to straight in 12"
    EAR-63010112ERL
Hose, Speed-Flex,-3AN Str to -3AN Str 12" Long, Teflon Lined, Assembled
    each $9.88

If I was going to do it over, I would use the 12" hoses w/90 deg. on one side.
Having 90's at the caliper-end would make for cleaner routing...IMHO
