As I was taking apart the front hub on my 87' BJ70 for an inner axle seal replacement I broke off the brake line where it connects into the dust plate. Does anyone know of a good replacement? The old brake line hose looked kind of hard anyways.

Have a look at a 60 series brake line.As long as the length is ok,the fittings will be the same. Lots of 60 series parts are interchangable.

I was wondering if there was a common replacement hose people use to bypass the connection on the dust plate. Not sure why its connected to the dust plate other than to give stability.

Does anyone know where I can purchase the following brake lines?

47315-60321 (Right)
47314-60161 (Left)

They are the solid lines on each front side that connect to the flexible lines.
Mine were seized and I was unable to disconnect without damaging them.

thanks.

Just got a call back from Toyota and they're able to source out of California. All I need to do know is remove the part of the brake line that's stuck inside the connector on the rear of the dust plate. Funny how one job becomes another :-)
