Anyone have any homemade PS pump bracket pics? What plate thickness have others used? I'm planning on making a mount for a minutruck pump and bolt to my F engine in the original alternator location.

What do the experts think about using 1/4" plate? Thick enough or no?
I'm not an expert, but while you're waiting, there are pics of the one I made are in post # 18 in "THIS" thread. Made with 1/4 x 1-1/2 angle, 1/4 x 2 square tube and 1/4 flat bar.
Although I haven't had it running yet, I had it mounted with the pump & belt tensioned up and then yanked on the belt vigorously. No deflection at all. It's stout.
