Darn, now I am not the only one in AK. Just kidding :) Congradulations. Where you at? I'm in Fairbanks. Come June, I think, I will have had mine for a year, I nave the same problem with the rust. Will probably next year get a Japan body and put it on. I will try to be at this years meet and greet in Palmer (?).

I'm down the Panhandle in rainy Juneau. What's up with the meet and greet? Can't come this year, but it sounds like a good excuse for a trip to the interior. How much for a new bod? It's a toss up as to what will go first on mine, the frame or the body. Found some more holes on the front inner frame yesterday :crybaby: I'm hoping to get at least a couple of years out of it as is- or until I've got a good hunk of disposable income, which ever come first. ;)
A stranger who turned out to be a Land Rover nut (has six) stopped me to admire it this morning.

Still the only one with a 13BT and factory cable lockers though, Stephan... :)

Very nice. Where'd it come from?

I bought mine from Sheldon of G&S cruisers. Sheldon had swaped out the 3B and put a 13B-Tin it. What a difference the turbo makes. Of course if yours is only going to be in Juneau(spelling?) then the 3B will do just fine. G&S cruisers is in south BC. I think the frame on mine is in pretty good shape. The body is getting worse in the rear wheel wells and Sheldon had done some rust prevention on other areas that seems to be holding up pretty good. I also bought 70 series HD full floater axles front and rear with the cable lockers. Still don't have the front one working yet though :frown: Got a 24V Warn winch for it too. The meet and greet is in Palmer June 10,11,12 at the Palmer Fair Grounds. Yours a 85? If so, I have a Warn 9.5ti for sale still in the box.
