Anybody in OC have the 54mm socket I can borrow to do my front wheel bearing this Sun, 4/24? Tried to look around and nobody have stock and I wasn't plan on doing this until today so it's a last minute spurt. Thx.

You can use a 2-1/8" as well. Should be easier to find. I bought mine at sears.

You can borrow mine, but I'm down in SD.

Found 1 at Sears as you said. Thanks.

$28 for the Craftsman 2 1/8 socket. Harbor Freight has 2 sets of large sockets that might be a better value for $69- online order only, no stock in store.

I bought these sockets individually 2 1/8" ~ 54mm, 42mm, 36mm, 32mm, 26mm, so I'd have bought the set from HBF if they had stock that has @ 9 sockets or so.

Glad you found one. They are a little pricey, but if you need one in a hurry they are available.

No worry. I was planning to go to the Stone Brewery yesterday then found out I need to fix the alternator since the bearing went out and need to do the front bearing on the Cruiser on Sun and found that most stores close on Easter Sun so I spent the whole day going around buying parts and tools.

I'd lend a hand with your wrench session to learn if there weren't too man y thing going on.
