Bondo Fiberglass Resin Jelly good?

Got me a can of this fiber resin jelly, just to cover some small scratches. It seems to cover good, easy sanding.

Anyone else used it? Does it hold up?

i have been told that gelcoat gets chalky after a while. just paint it with imron
