Blinker speed

I tried to see if there was an old thread on this but couldn't find it.
I just purchased an '07 LC 100 and the blinker speed is much faster than I'm use to. In other cars, that usually an indicator of a burnt bulb, but that doesnt seem to be the case. Is it stock for such a fast speed or is it indicative of something else?

Or somebody replaced the bulbs with LEDs
