Bleeder valve in rear same as front?

Howdy...been searching but getting mixed ideas...I have a 1977 FJ40, disk up front and drums in rear. my rear passenger bleeder valve is buggered up and need a new one. Trying to find locally at autozone (Toyota does not carry in stock)...are front and rear the same size? I see lots of front ones available but not the rears. Thanks for any insight on this issue. I can't speculate on the differences but they do have different p/n's. Front p/n is 47547-20030 and rear p/n is 47547-12010. These pics were taken from my Toyota microfiche dated Jan '81 for FJ40 series, BJ40 and FJ55 in the US and Canadian markets for the period from 03/69 to 07/80.

And if someone changes one of the cylinder's (or calipers) with aftermarket parts from Oriellys or “Checker” over the years all bets are off.
