Not steel but they bolt right on... Optional center cap looks great to!

i was wondering what the best product would be to restore the shine back to my black rims on my 88 fj62 landcruiser. i tried to wash em..nothing. tried to wax em...nothing.

Usually the standard steel replacement is a D-Window style rim. Can be had pretty cheaply and most are made by Unique Wheels so you can get custom backspacing pretty easily.
