so im thinking about purchasing these

im still trying to understand wheels and fitment. im planning on running 315/75/16 falken wildpeaks.
question is will these fit on its own without the need for spacers or should i look for something else.
backspacing on these wheels are 4.11.
Also if it helps at this very moment it is stock height, doing a lift in the next month or so.
Edit: shouldve also mentioned theyre going on a 97 Land Cruiser
