BJ74 13BT One cylinder overheating? (1 Viewer)

Wondering what may cause overheating of cylinder 3 only in a 13BT?

Turbo rebuilt, injectors rebuilt, head gasket replaced and head resurfaced, new valve stem seals, valves slightly ground, and valve guides within spec.

Coolant is boiling in cylinder 3.

Any ideas?

How can it boil in one spot only ? And how do you know it is boiling there?
