bj73 winch mount

hey guys,
can anyone help me with a winch mount for the front of my bj73. i don't want anything fancy just the strongest and tucked up to the car. does anyone have any pic to put up just to guide me?

well im not an contruction engeneer but the more contact suface welded between the winch mount and the shassis the stronger it will be i guess.

also the kind of welding sticks(chemical composition) influence the strenth of the welding work.

just made some pictures of mine for you(bought it like that but i think its basicly ok)
