The title says it all; I want to swap the hole rig of my BJ60LV-KK (51001-60620) on a FJ60LV-KK (51001-60580) chassis. I have checked online and it seems they share similarities except for the GUSSETS SUB-ASSY, CROSSMEMBER, NO.2 (51041-60010, 51042-60010 for the FJ60), (51041-60020, 51042-60020 for the BJ60) and the BRACKET SUB-ASSY, ENGINE FRONT MOUNTING (51421-60060,51422-60060 for the BJ60), (51421-60040,51422-60040 for the FJ60). By looking at the frame diagram on the chassis manual (36044E)
my questions are:
1- Does someone have the measurement of the RH motor mount hole missing (prolly due to bad print on the BJ60 front end schematic) ?
- My guess was that by verification/elimination process on the FJ60/BJ60/HJ60 frame the dimension would be 162.9mm...... but I ain't sure. I just want to validate with you guys....
2- The measurement of 129.8mm (BJ60) on the crossmember No.2. Does it stipulate the value measured on the lower point(center) on the crossmember mounted on the gussets?
3- Does someone have the dimensions of the LH and RH BRACKET SUB-ASSY, ENGINE FRONT MOUNTING as i'm wondering if the stock FJ60 mounts needs to be refabricated or I can just cut and reposition, weld and drill new holes ?
