BJ42 Starter Relay?

I've checked the 3B manual and the Chassis manual, both say the starter relay is on the fender. But I don't find it.

Is it under the dash above the accelerator? Any help is appreciated.

Toyota EPC drawings show BJ42 starter relay on the passenger side under the dash near the glove box. BJ60 series relay is on the inner fender.

I think it's the one thats up sorta beside the glove box.

if you stick your hand up there to the right, there's a gap between the glovebox and the outside of the body. bigass relay there...glow plug relay is down where the passenger can kick it.

Not a 42, but my BJ40 has both relays (glow and ign.) where the passenger can kick them on the firewall.
