I just picked up a BJ40 with a 3Bii motor. It smokes very bad on start up. Very little power. Max speed 45 mph. One cylinder is cold. It could just be a glow plug. I am located in Durango Colorado. I'm having difficulty finding someone to look the engine over. Does anyone know someone qualified to looks at this motor?

I'd bet there is more wrong than a glow plug , but I'm not a diesel guy. $or has a overhaul listed for a couple hundred bucks
