Wanted BJ 42

So I am in the market for a BJ40 something. I prefer a BJ42 with a 3B or maybe something with a 13B-13BT swap if done right.

I don't need a restoration, nor can I probably afford it, but don;t want to buy any junk either.

Aside from the fact that he didn't really use the forum properly, what do you think of the jasnorthwest project in VA? It can still be had at a reasonable price.
