I have my front end apart, repacking everything and replacing bearings and I noticed it this stamped on the Birfield's "Birfield-NTN". Is this of any significance?

I have my front end apart, repacking everything and replacing bearings and I noticed it this stamped on the Birfield's "Birfield-NTN". Is this of any significance?
Just that you have the stock birfs, and not Longs or some others. NTN is the company who produced them for Toyota.

The birfield I have seen made by NTN are stamped NTN. That is my experience....maybe things have changed
