Like the title states, we were passing through there and our regular camp spot on the west banks of the Fraser river is not closed off from public access. The corral that is there looks to be getting more use and they put up fences all along the road. Not sure of the legality of this and how much of it is private land but if you were planning on spending the night there, find a different spot. As far as I know there isn't anything that's close to water until you get up out of the canyon and check out the creeks in the area. If you are in a pinch, Moore lake is a spot where you can camp, the lake is nice but you are on a gravel dam. Alternatively you can go just past it and there is a trail just west of it that gets you into a little area beside the creek. Both places look well used.
