BFG tires for 18 inch wheel

Hi , quick question: what is the next size after 275 60 R 18 in the BFG AT Ko series...and will the spare fit with a tow hitch (Reese) .
i tried the search but couldn't find the specific answer.

Sorry I should have mentioned,

275/60/18 are approx 31 inch
265/65/18 are approx 31.7 inch
285/65/18 are approx 32.7 inch
all being correct IIRC, so they should fit easy.
