Has anyone had issues with BFG KO2's being severely out of round? My local tire store said 3 of mine (approximate 5,000-7,000 total miles) are so bad they can't be balanced.

I have had a few need some weight to be balanced over the years but never had one that couldn't be balanced

Try a differn't tire store?

As per my conversation with the BFG reps. I will be taking the tires by a designated dealer for a warranty inspection,
all be it on a prorated basis. The tires were actually bought new from my local Toyota dealer.

I had similar problem with tires at about 8k miles on them. They balanced three times. Never did ride right. After about 3K on new balance they smoothed out. Guys at tire store said rotate every 5K miles. I waited until 8K miles.

Michelin / BFG stood behind these at 100% and I have since replaced them.

The warranty requires you to stay within their product line so I got 255-85-16 KM2's.
