Best year of the LC200’s?

I liked how the transmission shifted and mpg in my 13 better than my 18 and for some crazy reason, I am certain that the drivers seat will not go as low in the 18 as it did in the 13. Other than those minor complaints, I liked both the 13 and 18.

I have a 2019 LX. I have no other reference point as this is the only 200 series I’ve ever owned. I bought in 2022…not a great deal, but the offset was a stupidly high trade in value on my BMW. I picked a 200 series because of the MUD forums and have zero regrets. The best truck I’ve ever owned. I love the AHC…for me it’s my primary business travel…lots of driving. Off-road is limited to skiing in the mountains.

I’m sure there are many “good” years…to me anyone will do. The fit, finish, build quality, and overall comfort crush everything else on the market…especially anything new. Good luck, get one and you’ll never regret it. And many thanks to the MUD forum, I’m a marginal user for all of its capabilities, but really appreciate all the opinions and technical data available here.
