If an '03 runner fits your budget, get it. If it doesn't, look at 99-01 100 series, if they don't fit budget then try 95+ 80 series.

A 2003 runner is pretty much identical to an 80 series in sizing but pre 03 are definitely smaller.
1985, 22RE. Hands down best
