Best tow hitch (1 Viewer)

Just purchased a 2013 trail teams that has an aftermarket tow package. Not a fan of how it hangs under the bumper and sticks out a few inches past it. My old 07 had the stack Toyota hitch which was tucked nicely below the bumper. I want to go back with that but the kits I find for the stock kit say non trail team edition. Any suggestions or recommendations?

Sounds like you got one with a dealer installed (non Toyota) option instead of the factory Toyota hitch. Should still be available from the dealer. IIRC you will need a new plastic bumper piece that exposes the 4 bolt holes in the rear crossmember/bumper.

And that gives you back the good departure angle that you currently do not have.
I have an ARB rear bumper and that uses the factory 6 bolt mount for a hitch receiver and retains the good factory angles.

Oh yeah, forgot the extra two bolt holes in the bottom of the bumper.

Went with the factory set up. Took 45 minutes to install
