A friend of mine and I got talking last night and a local body shop was telling him about a bed liner sprayer you can order fron the US that heats the bed liner goop and sprays the thick stuff on, he says it is the stongest bed liner ever, you can hit it with a chisel and hammer and won't chip it, the only way to get it off is to grind it, and when you do that it sparks like you are grinding metal. He said you can get it in any color and you can get a smooth finish out of it. I said man I wanna coat my hole BJ in that s***.

Can you find out more info on this stuff? I'd be seriously interested.

I'd be interested as well. It might go well on the inside floor area of my truck and aid in sound deadening.

FWIW, I used Rust Check on the underside of my vw bus, as well as the interior version on the insides of every panel. The interior version is great stuff that literally creeps everywhere. My bus was leaking for a week after application.

For the underbody I used the exterior version. Everything applied with a shutz gun. I will do this to my 60 too, except that id like to treat the rust first, with phosphoric acid, but can't find the damn stuff anywhere!!
