Well that really depends on your budget and what you are going to use it for.
Some tents breathe better than others, some are quicker to setup and take down, and some like mine will keep you warmer with a lower ceiling, less space to heat.

Myself I have the Maggiolina Airlander, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat if I had to replace it.

For a good rundown on the tent materials used, here is an excellent article written by Mario from Adventure Trailers.

Thanks Corey for the advice and Info really appreciated, will confused between the the @, i like both and my frnds has 2 tyes one simeeler to yours and the other is Soft, i go during the Spring and in also Very Cold Weather. Max will be 2 of my Frnds will be with me.I checked yours it is Nice and exceelent for Storge.

You are welcome.

What I like about the hard shells ones like my model is I can leave all of the bedding in place too when closing it.
I use a heavy winter weight down comforter, and cotton flannel sheets.
Same setup as in my home, very comfortable.

Forgot to mention in the first response, you have a beautiful rig!

I leave my sleeping bags in my old mombassa tent when it is closed.

The hard shell ones do a lot better at moving wind instead of pushing it (wind resistance while driving)

thanks Corey, What do u think of this one (EZA130 Eezi-Awn Jazz Roof Top Tent) i like the style and the spec it has.any one would like to share his exp or has feed back please.

I like the idea of the hard shell for durability during transport and downtime (unoccupied). However a good old fashioned Mid-Western hailstorm with golf ball sized stones or larger might wreak havoc. Or say a low limb that goes unnoticed when in the thick stuff.

It seems like the hard shells are smaller, usually set up for two adults, maybe three. Also, they usually do not expand off the vehicle which limits their size. So would it be safe to say that it's like comparing apples and oranges? Bigger groups will need a larger tent, which will probably eliminate the hard shell style.

In addition to being able.to.leave bedding, lower profile, and considerably better mpgs, I love my Maggi is the quick and easy setup/takedown while on a lifted rig. I dont have to climb up and try to pull the tent over/ fold it.up, then deal.with getting a cover on.
